Cajun Injector Honey Bacon Bar-B-Q
Grilled Venison Kabobs

Yields: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
2 pounds Venison Back Strap (cubed)
2 purple onions, cut in 1-inch squares
2 green peppers, cut in 1-inch squares
1 pound cherry tomatoes
1 pound button mushrooms
1 16 oz. jar Cajun Injector Honey Bacon Bar-B-Q
4 tablespoons Cajun Injector Hickory Grill Shake
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Method:
In a medium size mixing bowl place back strap and season thoroughly with Cajun injector hickory grill shake and olive oil.
In cold water soak wooden skewers for 10-15 minutes. (enables skewers not to burn as quickly)
Heat outside grill/bbq pit until reached internal temperature of 325 degrees.
Thread onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and venison on wooden skewers until there are approximately 4-5 pieces of venison per skewer.
Place kabobs on grill and cook for 10-12 minutes.
