Caribou Hamburger Steaks

Prep Time: 10 minutes                                                           Cook Time: 20 Minutes                                                   Yield: 6-8oz servings

Ingredients:                                                                         3 Pounds Ground Caribou                                                         3 Eggs                                                                                      1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector French Onion Grill Marinade
1 Tablespoon Cajun Shake
1 4 oz Can Casa Fiesta Diced Jalapeños                                  1 Cup Bread Crumbs

Method:

Mix all ingredients together being careful not to over mix the meat or it could get tough. Form the meat into 8 oz patties, you should get 6. Place patties in refrigerator until ready to cook. Prepare a grill or skillet and cook patties on high heat until internal temperature reaches 165° F, this should take about 15-20 minutes.
