Season fish with shake and hot sauce on both sides and set aside. In bowl whisk eggs with milk and pour fish fry into separate container. When oil is hot dredge fish in egg wash then threw fish fry to coat well. This procedure can be repeated for a thicker breading. Shake off excess breading and carefully place fish in oil, fry at 350° F until golden brown. |
