Creole Garlic Elk Steaks Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes Yield: 4 servings Ingredients: 4 Elk Steaks 4 Ounces Cajun Injector Creole Garlic 1 Teaspoon Cajun Shake 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 2 Medium Onions Sliced 1 Tablespoon Butter Method: Heat frying pan over medium heat. Inject each steak with 1 ounce of Creole garlic, then season with Cajun Shake, and garlic. When pan gets hot, place butter in pan and melt, put onions in pan and cook until translucent remove from pan. Bring pan back to temperature, cook elk on each side for 5-10 minutes. Top with onions and serve immediately. |
