Duck, deboned and cut into chunks (you can marinate overnight in Italian dressing or marinade of your choice).
Place duck on a stick with:
Squash
Onion
Bell Pepper
Hot Pepper
Everything but the Kitchen Sink
Season, grill and enjoy!
