Chicken Fried Venison
Ingredients:
Venison Tenderloin
Cajun Injector Cajun
Hot & Spicy Butter Marinade
Chicken Fry Mix
2 oz. Cajun Shake
1 Quart Buttermilk
Louisiana Gold Sauce
Recipe:
Inject tenderloin with
Cajun Injector Cajun Hot & Spicy Butter Marinade. The key is to spread the
marinade out evenly throughout the meat.
Cut into ¾ inch thick medallions,
and then pound in ¼ inch thickness.
Place Cajun Injector
Chicken Fry Mix into Cajun Injector Batter Bowl; mix 2 oz. Cajun Shake and
Louisiana Gold Sauce to taste in buttermilk, dredge medallions, then place
into batter bowl; shake until medallions are thoroughly covered with chicken
fry mix,
deep fry in 300 degree oil for 1 ½ - 2 min.
