Creole Garlic Grilled Duck
Ingredients:
Duck filets
Cajun Injector Creole
Garlic Marinade
Cajun Shake
Bacon
Recipe:
Inject marinade thru out the duck. Roll duck around slice of bacon. Make sure you pin the bacon to the duck. Add Cajun Shake on both sides.Cook on hot fire for about 6 minutes on each side.
