French Onion Panned Trout
Topped with sautéed lump crabmeat

 

Ingredients:

Cajun Injector French Onion Grill Marinade
Cajun Batter Bowl
Crabmeat
Green Onions
Garlic

Recipe:

Coat trout in the Cajun Injector French Onion Grill Marinade. Using the batter bowl or anything else that will work, coat the trout with the seasoned flour mix.

Put about 1-2 tbsp. of oil in a frying pan. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Heat crabmeat in a separate pan that has melted butter in and warm the crabmeat up. Add the garlic & green onions. Just warm the meat up, so that the flavors all mix.

Place sautéed crabmeat mixture on top of the trout and serve!
