Fried Turkey

Ingredients:

1 Whole Turkey (around 12 lbs. Is great)
Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
Cajun Shake

Recipe:

Inject entire jar of Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade evenly throughout the turkey; coat outside of turkey with Cajun Shake.

Drain turkey of any excess moisture, then deep fry in 350 degree oil for about 3 ½ minutes per pound of turkey.  Note:  CHICKEN requires 9 minutes per pound.
