Venison, Pork & Chicken Jambalaya 

Ingredients:

Venison
Pork Shoulder
Cooked Chicken
Rice
Chicken Stock
Vegetable Medley
Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade & Cajun Shake
Cajun King Jambalaya Mix
Louisiana Gold Sauce 

Recipe:

Mix venison, pork and vegetables in a pot and season with Cajun Injector Cajun Shake; let simmer for 20 minutes.

Add 3-4 ounces Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade, along with Cajun King Jambalaya Mix and a little of the Louisiana Gold Sauce.

Add chicken stock; then heat to bring it to a boil, the reduce to a simmer and add cooked chicken; let simmer for 20 min. Don’t add the cooked chicken too soon or it will become stringy.
