Lemon Butter Garlic Baked Catfish

Ingredients:

Catfish filets
Cajun Injector Lemon Butter Garlic
Cajun Shake

Recipe:

Cover fish with plastic wrap (such as Saran wrap). Inject marinade throughout all parts of filet; make sure you spread the marinade all throughout the catfish and then REMOVE plastic wrap. Put Cajun Shake on both sides.

Place in baking dish in oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
