Lemon Butter Garlic Fish Cakes

 

Ingredients:

1 lb. Trout
Cajun Injector Lemon Butter Garlic Marinade (as needed)
Cajun Shake
¼ cup each Chopped Green & Red Onions
2 TBLS oil

Recipe:

Add diced trout to a mixing bowl. Then add chopped green and red onions; Cajun Shake and breadcrumbs. Make sure you have enough breadcrumbs so it molds nicely. Add Cajun Injector Lemon Butter Garlic Marinade.  If mixture does not have enough texture; add more marinade.  If too much liquid; add more breadcrumbs.  Now form into patties.

Add oil to skillet; medium heat.  And fish cakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
