Roasted Garlic & Herb Grilled Amberjack

Ingredients:

Amberjack filets
Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinade
Cajun Shake
Plastic Wrap

Recipe:

Cover Amberjack with plastic wrap. Inject the marinade through the plastic wrap into the filets.  Remove wrap and add Cajun Shake
Grill on medium to hot fire for 4-5 minutes on each side.
