Venison Chili

 

Ingredients:

4 lbs. Ground Venison
1 lb. Ground Pork
Cajun Injector Cajun Hot & Spicy Butter Marinade
Cajun Shake
Mexene Chili Powder
Louisiana Gold Sauce
Whole Chopped Onion
10 - 12 oz. Tomato Paste
48 oz. Ketchup
3 qts. Tomatoe Juice
Chopped Red Pepper
Chopped Parsley

Recipe:

Brown ground venison and pork in large pot; add other ingredients together with 4 oz. Cajun Injector Cajun Hot & Spicy Butter Marinade; stir to desire thickness, then let simmer for 1 hour.

Add a little parsley and parmesan cheese.
