Recipe:
First we need to score the fish since we are going to fry them whole. But you don't have to fry them whole. What ever works best. Next you want to dredge the fish. Just wet the fish. Next put your fish fry mix in the batter bowl or what ever works best. And just cover the fish with the mix.Set oil to 350 degrees. And fry for about 8 minutes. And after 8 minutes they are ready to server for some good eatin.
