Creole Butter Bream
 

Ingredients:

Bream
Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
Mustard
Corn Meal
Cajun Batter Bowl

Recipe:

Place mustard in a bowl; add Cajun Injector Creole Butter. It is a 2:1 mixture: 2 parts mustard: 1 part Cajun Injector Creole Butter. Mix it together. Dredge fish into mixture. Place fish in batter bowl with corn meal and shake until covered.

Fry in 350-degree oil for 5 minutes.
