CREOLE BUTTER DEEP FRIED ELK ROAST


Ingredients

1. Elk roast
2. Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
3. Cajun Shake

Recipe

1. Inject 1 ½ ounces of marinade per pound of roast.
2. Thoroughly coat roast with Cajun Shake.
3. Deep fry roast in 350-degree oil for 7 minutes per pound.
