ROASTED GARLIC VENISON MEDALLIONS IN
A MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE
Ingredients
1. Venison medallions
2. Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herbs Marinade
3. Cajun Shake
4. Chopped mushrooms
5. Chopped onions
6. Chopped bell peppers
7. ½ stick of butter
8. Heavy cream
9. Parmesan cheese
10. Pasta of choice
Recipe
1. Inject venison medallions with Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herbs
Marinade.
2. Coat venison medallions with Cajun Shake to taste.
3. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
4. Add venison medallions, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and heavy cream.
5. Stir and let cook for 5-7 minutes.
6. Add pasta and cheese; stir and allow cheese to melt for 2 minutes.
