TERIYAKI HONEY
VENISON SAUSAGE PATTIES WITH SWEET POTATO PANCAKES
Ingredients
- Ground venison sausage
- 2 Tbsp. Cajun Injector Teriyaki
Honey Marinade
- 1 cup Bruce’s Sweet Potato
Pancake Mix
- 2/3 cup water
Recipe
- Mix marinade into ground
sausage, folding until meat is thoroughly marinated.
- Press ground sausage into
patties.
- Prepare pancake mix per package
instructions and whisk thoroughly.
- Fry sausage patties over medium
heat until done.
