TERIYAKI HONEY VENISON SAUSAGE PATTIES WITH SWEET POTATO PANCAKES

 

Ingredients 

  1. Ground venison sausage
  2. 2 Tbsp. Cajun Injector Teriyaki Honey Marinade
  3. 1 cup Bruce’s Sweet Potato Pancake Mix
  4. 2/3 cup water

 

Recipe 

  1. Mix marinade into ground sausage, folding until meat is thoroughly marinated.
  2. Press ground sausage into patties.
  3. Prepare pancake mix per package instructions and whisk thoroughly.
  4. Fry sausage patties over medium heat until done.
