Ingredients 

  1. Pheasant
  2. Cajun Injector Creole Butter Quick Shot kit
  3. Cajun Shake

 

Recipe 

  1. Thoroughly inject pheasant with Cajun Injector Marinade.
  2. Liberally coat pheasant skin with Cajun Shake.
  3. Deep fry pheasant in 350-degree oil for 13 minutes.
