TERIYAKI HONEY CABRITO
KABOBS
IN BLACK RASPBERRY SAUCE
Ingredients
- Cubed cabrito
- Cajun Injector Teriyaki Honey
Marinade
- Cajun Shake
- Mushrooms
- Onion wedges
- Tomato wedges
- Sliced bell peppers
- ½ stick of butter
- Black raspberry jam
- Crabmeat for seafood boil
- Cooking wine of choice
Recipe
- Inject cabrito cubes with Cajun
Injector Teriyaki Honey Marinade.
- Drop cabrito cubes into boiling
crabmeat for 45 minutes.
- Melt butter in saucepan over
medium heat until it starts turning brown.
- Add black raspberry jam and
wine.
- Stir and let cook for 4-5
minutes until it becomes a syrup.
- Rotate placing meat and
vegetables onto skewers.
- Coat kabob skewer with Cajun
Shake to taste.
- Place skewer on grill until
meat is done to desired taste.
- Pour sauce on kabob and serve.
