TERIYAKI HONEY CABRITO KABOBS
IN BLACK RASPBERRY SAUCE

 

Ingredients 

  1. Cubed cabrito
  2. Cajun Injector Teriyaki Honey Marinade
  3. Cajun Shake
  4. Mushrooms
  5. Onion wedges
  6. Tomato wedges
  7. Sliced bell peppers
  8. ½ stick of butter
  9. Black raspberry jam
  10. Crabmeat for seafood boil
  11. Cooking wine of choice

 

Recipe 

  1. Inject cabrito cubes with Cajun Injector Teriyaki Honey Marinade.
  2. Drop cabrito cubes into boiling crabmeat for 45 minutes.
  3. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat until it starts turning brown.
  4. Add black raspberry jam and wine.
  5. Stir and let cook for 4-5 minutes until it becomes a syrup.
  6. Rotate placing meat and vegetables onto skewers.
  7. Coat kabob skewer with Cajun Shake to taste.
  8. Place skewer on grill until meat is done to desired taste.
  9. Pour sauce on kabob and serve.
