VENISON BACKSTRAP

 

Ingredients 

  1. Venison backstrap
  2. Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
  3. Cajun Shake

 

Recipe 

  1. Inject backstrap with marinade, about ½ ounce per pound of meat.
  2. Coat with Cajun Shake to taste.
  3. Deep fry in 350-degree oil for 7 minutes.
