Creole Garlic Grilled Venison Loin
Ingredients:
1 venison backstrap ( appx. 2.5 lb.)
8 oz Creole Garlic marinade
1/2 stick butter
1 tblsp Cajun Shake
1 tblsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with Creole Garlic marinade. Inject the
butter/marinade mixture evenly throughout venison loin. Rub loin with hot
sauce then sprinkle with Cajun Shake. Cook over medium hot coals for appx.
45 min. turning every ten min. Remove from grill and wrap in aluminum foil
and let rest for 10-15 min. before serving.
