Sauteed Venison Medallions with Creole Garlic Mushroom Sauce


Ingredients:

8 2-3oz vension medallions
3 cloves garlic
2 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp Cajun Shake Quick Shake
8 oz Creole Garlic Marinade
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
        Heat oil in saucepan to medium high and add chopped garlic. Add venison medallions seasoned with Quick Shake and saute about 3-4 min. on each side.

Creole Garlic Mushroom Sauce:
        Melt butter and mix in Creole Garlic and mushrooms. Bring to simmer for appx. 10 min. Serve mushroom sauce over sauteed medallions.
