Smoked Bacon and Venison Kabobs
Ingredients:
4 cups 1'' venison cubes
3 cups whole mushrooms
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 bell peppers
1/2 lb thick smoked bacon
8 oz Creole Garlic Marinade
Directions:
Marinate venison cubes in Creole Garlic marinade for at least 2
hours. Layer ingredients onto skewer, beginning with bacon, weaving the
bacon between each ingredient. Drizzle balance of marinade over kabobs prior
to grilling. Grill kabobs over medium hot coals for appx. 20-25 min. turning
every 6-8 min.
