Venison Medallions with Sweet Creole
Mustard Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

8 2-3 oz  venison medallions
1 tblsp Cajun Shake
6 oz Creole Garlic Marinade

Sweet Mustard Cream Sauce:

4 cups whipping cream
2/3 cups Creole mustard
1/4 cup honey

Directions:
        For Meat:  Grill medallions over medium heat appx. 3-4 min. on each side
        For Sweet Mustard Cream Sauce:  Bring cream to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 35 to 60 minutes or until cream is reduced to one cup, stirring often. Remove from heat. Add mustard and honey; stir until smooth.

        Drizzle Cream Sauce evenly over medallions.
