Mary's Cajun Elk Burgers

Ingredients:

2 lb ground Elk
4 oz Creole Garlic Marinade
1 egg
4 tblsp Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
        Mix all ingredients well. Mold into patties and grill over medium-hot coals until desired doneness.
