French Onion Buffalo T-Bone with
Bleu Cheese Butter


Ingredients:

4 14-16 oz Buffalo T-Bone Steaks
12 oz Cajun Injector's French Onion Marinade
2 tblsp Cajun Shake

Bleu Cheese Butter:

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1 tblsp snipped  fresh parsley
2 teaspoons snipped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic


Directions:
       For the Steaks: Inject 2 oz of French Onion marinade into steaks and sprinkle Cajun Shake liberally over steaks. Grill over medium-hot coals until desired doneness.

        For the Butter:  In a small bowl stir together the butter, blue cheese, parsley, basil, and garlic.
        Serve steaks topped with the Bleu Cheese Butter
