Teryaki and Honey Grilled Duck Breast
 

Ingredients:

4  3 oz boneless duck breast
4 strips thick smoked bacon
8 oz Cajun Injector's  Teryaki and Honey  marinade
1 tblsp Cajun Injector's Hickory Quick Shake

Directions:
        Inject marinad evenly throughout duck breast. Wrap breast in bacon and secure with toothpick and sprinkle with Hickory Shake. Grill over medium-hot coals appx. 7 min on each side or until bacon is done.
