Bayou Grilled Alligator with Crawfish Etouffee
 

Ingredients:

2 lbs Alligator filets
1 tblsp Cajun Shake
6 oz Cajun Injector's Lemon Butter Garlic marinade
Louisiana Etouffee Mix
1 lb peeled crawfish tails
5 tblsp butter
2 cups water

Directions:
        Marinate Alligator Filets at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with Cajun Shake and Grill over medium coals appx. 20 min. depending on thickness of filets.

Crawfish Etouffee:  Follow instructions on Etouffee mix bag.

Serve Alligator filets topped with Crawfish Etouffee.
