Hot and Spicy Roasted Sheep
Ingredients:
1 (4-6lb) Sheep Shoulder Roast
1 (16oz) jar of Cajun Injector Hot n’ Spicy butter Recipe Marinade
Cajun Injector Quick Shake, Cajun Injector Seasoning to taste.
Louisiana Gold Hot Sauce.
Directions:
Inject roast with 1 ½ oz of marinade per pound of meat.
Rub with hot sauce and sprinkle with Cajun Shake.
Place roast on 350 degree Grill to seer the outside, browning for
Approximately 15 minutes. Remove from Grill and wrap in foil.
Place back on grill until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F.
