Roasted Garlic Pork Loin

Ingredients:
1 (2-3Lb) Pork Loin
1 (16 Oz) jar Cajun Injector Roasted Carlic Recipe Marinade
Cajun Injector Quick Shake, Cajun Shake Seasoning, To Taste.
Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce.

Directions:
Inject 1 ½ oz of marinade per pound of meat into loin. Rub loin with hot sauce and sprinkle with shake. Cook in the oven at 350 F for 90 minutes or until internal temperature of meat reaches 145 F.
