Elk Burger Extraordinaire
Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground Elk
4 tbsp Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Recipe Marinade
3 tbsp Italian Bread Crumbs
1 egg
Cajun Injector Quick Shake Cajun Shake Seasoning, to taste.
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly then form into 6 patties. If you would
like, you could wrap and pin each patty with a slice of smoked bacon (the
fat from the bacon helps to baste and flavor the elk meat). Grill on medium
high grill until burgers are cooked through. |
