Creole Garlic Mushroom Venison Medallions

Prep Time: 10 minutes                                                       Cook Time: 15 Minutes                                                           Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Cajun Injector Cotton Seed Oil                          8 (2 to 3 oz) Venison Medallions                                               3 Cloves Garlic                                                                         1 Tablespoon Cajun Shake                                                      ˝ Stick Butter                                                                          2 16 oz Jars Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade                                                                                  2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms

Method:

Heat oil in saucepan over medium high heat, while pan is heating season venison with Cajun Shake set aside. When oil is hot add chopped garlic sauté for few seconds then add venison. Brown medallions 3 to 4 minutes per side then remove from pan. Return pan back to heat add butter and melt, when butter melts pour in marinade and mix well. Add mushrooms stir bring to a simmer. Cook mixture for ten minutes, serve over medallions.
